We fully understand working out how much storage space you require is never easy, we have put together this simple guide to help, but, if we can help in person please feel free to contact us.

Floor space, the square space on the ground is measured in meters and called a meter square (m²).  So f you have your items stacked up you can measure the floor space it takes (length x width) to get your m² required.

Volume is called meter cube (m³) and is the 3 dimensional volume, so it is the length x width x height.  Our self storage trasteros are 2m in height so offer plenty of height but remain safe for stacking purposes. for outsized items like long ladders we can store those in a dedicated area.

If you have items that stack very well, boxes, square furniture like dressers, bedside cabinets etc you generally require less m², items like dining chairs and sofas do not stack so well and may require more floor space, but you can often turn a sofa up onto it's arm etc.  We can assist with any of this.

What type of vehicle do all your goods fit in?

Hover over a vehicle to get an idea of how much space you require in your self storage trastero.

If your vehicles cargo capacity is:

1-2 m³,

1 m²

If your vehicles cargo capacity is:

2-4 m³,

then the size of storage required:

If your vehicles cargo capacity is:

4-10 m³,

then the size of storage required:
